Sometimes you just get lucky in life and for us it happens very infrequently with regards to buying/selling real estate. We've had more than our share of not so great experiences with regards to hiring incompetent realtors. But thankfully (and we are extremely thankful) we miraculously reconnected with Cheryl for our recent home purchase in Chester County. Cheryl sold us our very first home in Montgomery County in 1990 and did a wonderful job there but we lost touch over the last 30 years. We've moved around in Pennsylvania, Florida and Connecticut and when we decided to move back to Chester/Montgomery County I called an agent who had a house listed that we had a question about and she knew Cheryl and re-connected us to her! This was a God send for us. It was fairly awkward timing with starting the process right before the pandemic started and putting things on hold when things were really bad. We came back full swing and Cheryl was honest about what needed to get done and sugar coated nothing. Which was exactly what I needed to get the house ready and ultimately what resulted in such an easy sale. Once on the market, she guided me through it all with ease and dealt with all of the anxiety ridden phone calls. She made selling a house so easy and I cannot recommend her enough. There was logic behind her reasoning, explaining which is most likely to get to the closing table and what each offer really was, besides just the face value of the number.
